My force won't connect to my loseit account.

I previously had my force connected to my loseit account but it wasn't syncing up so I disconnected everything and was going to connect it again, as was suggested by someone on a forum.  Now I can't get the two to connect.  It says that my fitbit token is already in use.  Can anyone help me with this?

@djeitler  - Welcome to Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. Did you disconnect your Fitbit account from LoseIt? Log in to LoseIt and disconnect from Fitbit. Then reconnect to Fitbit here: LoseIt connection. Happy stepping!
