Hello all, I have not been able to get my fitbit dashboard and myfitnesspal to sync today. I have tried disconnecting them and emptying my cache to no avail. Any help?

Its not fixed.  Mine works sometimes.  Each time it works it gives hope it will continue but it eventually stops.  Ive done all of the reconnecting and powering off.  Guess Ill live with it for now, since I have paid for it, but would recommend people explore other options if they would like that functionality.

I am a bit tired of living in an IT Crowd episode, where I can only be answered "Have you switched it off and on again?"

Honestly this was the same exact post I saw a couple weeks ago when I was posting on this and it seems all they do is update the date You must have definitely been one of the lucky ones with this and yours being fixed.  Just feels like a constant runaround.

It's supposedly fixed. Mine acted wierd for about a week in min January, but has worked fine since then. From what I understand, the syncing issue was hit or miss. Guess I was a lucky one.

What did you do to fix?  Or did you have to do anything?

The update is at the bottom of the page; status 18 Feb.

I had problems in Hanuary for several days. It was right after software update. A new software update came out and it started working again. If you are using apps ( as I was) check to make sure you have the most recent update for both.

Yes, I can confirm that it has been fixed. Singapore - Fitbit Force.

Currently I'm experiencing problems with the sync from MFP again. Food that I have entered more than two hours ago on MFP still doesn't show up on the Fitbit Dashboard, the same with a workout that I logged on MFP about 30min ago. MFP sync really has been very unreliable lately Smiley Sad I'm using this same setup now since over one year and through all that time it usually worked without any problems, but lately, since about 2 months I think, things just are not well anymore. Are Fitbit and MFP a victim of their own success? Are the servers not able to deal with the mass of new users?

Mine stopped working on the latest myfitnesspal update to version 5.0.

My food log synced this morning after a minute or two. Now I can't even log into MFP so I'm guessing that's where the issue lies.

MFP had an update today. The MFP app is now not syncing and saving locally instead.

Yep, mine stopped syncing last night (24 Feb) and then this morning syncing started working but MFP went down. I think they're doing something on the backend, but with varying degrees of failure/success. Meanwhile, I'm sadly missing my fully sync'd data. I hope they sort it quickly!

I just realized mine has stopped syncing again as well. I'm not counting calories so I hadn't noticed. But, yep.

My FitBit <-> MFP sync has been flaky all week and seems to have now stopped altogether. Fired off a mail to MFP because they seem to think they fixed everything last week.

Woman Tongue   Hey! So It's February 26th and my MFP and Fitbit dashboard stopped syncing. I read this discussion and tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried logging in and out. Seems like there is nothing to be done about it.  I've been using Fitbit since January and never had any problems until today.

Anyone know what is going on? It'd be nice if Fitbit could chime in on this? Sounds like MFP doesnt have a clue....

Mine stopped working yesterday. It sync Breakfast and Lunk but nothing else.

No Dinner, Water, or excersise from MFP to Fitbit, and no Fitbit calorie adjustment to MFP.

Tried disconnecting / rmoving linked accounts and re-adding but still nothing.

Nothing at all has synced so far today in either direction.
