Hello all, I have not been able to get my fitbit dashboard and myfitnesspal to sync today. I have tried disconnecting them and emptying my cache to no avail. Any help?

It's mid March and mine started having problems. I hope this gets fixed soon!

My problem is that I have to unlink and link the Fitbit everyday for the last month. It used to sync right away when I opened my computer but not now. I have to do it everyday and it's very annoying. I would like to know if I am the only one going through this. Is the problem on the side of Fitbit or Myfitnesspal? I have been using Fitbit for almost 2 years now and never had the problem before.

If you have he MFP app on your phone you can choose sync under menu and it will sync with the apps you have connected it with.

So I assume they are still having problems with the syncing?
I was looking at my calorie in vs calorie out on the dashboard for the last few days, ust checking my progress. On the fitbit dashboard it says I went over my calorie out which confused me because I was sure I was under on Saturday. I went back and checked and while MFP has a record of the exercise I did Saturday it was not transferred over to fitbit. So on MFP I was under my calories but fitbit thinks I am over because it lost my 500 caloties burned at step Saturday morning. Will this eventually correct itself or is that data lost. I ask because I rely on my weekly report to see how much weight I should have lost vs how much I actually lost. Although the weekly report has also been sporadic too. Fitbit needs to fix these issues:(

I have seen that option on my phone and it said that it syncs. Somehow. I still have to unlink and link every day and sometimes I even have to log out of myfitnessal and log back in again before it works. I had to do it today again. It is kind of frustrating cause it never did that until a month ago. Hope it gets fixed soon.

So once again Fitbit dashboard and MFP aren't syncing. I don't know if the issue is on Fitbit's side or My Fitness Pal, but this is getting pretty annoying. It was working fine for a few weeks, and now, nothing. Exercise doesn't go to MFP, and MFP foods don't go to the dashboard. So annoyed.

Well log on to what was fairly good harmony of products in September, now need to loose some weight after totally going off the rails and the two dont want to talk.
Unsynced about 6 times today on various platforms: mac, ipad, iphone.
Had to double log everything which will cause more of a headache later but needed to keep track.
Day one weight: unimpressed with this

I have chosen today to get "back on the bandwagon" with my food, after using my force for the last couple of months. No syncing for me either. I unlinked the accounts yesterday (before reading this thread) as was a while since I used MFP. It synced the food I had put on over to Fitbit. But I then removed the food (was just to check it all etc) and today it is still showing on Fitbit. And breakfast has't synced either so am guessing I am going to be having issues. Unfortunatly as I live in the UK, the Fitbit food log is no good hence using MFP

I have not updated to iOS 8 yet.
Waiting for everyone else to test it for me.
I don't think the integration is there yet.
However, that would be a question for myfitnesspal.com support or Apple Support Communties.

You could do it from the myfitnesspal app for a couple of days however as of yesterday they removed that option at the request of Apple so it's no longer available. There's a bug in the Health app which Apple are working to fix. Should be ready by the end of September and I imagine all of the fitness apps will then add it back in.

How do you achieve that? I cannot get Health App to connect with anything nor can I find it in Settings
You can't anymore. Apple have removed the option because of a bug - see my previous post. It effects every fitness and tracking app on the app store.

Everytime I try to connect it, it takes me to a button that says connect. Then wants me to open the mfp app. I don't know if they have connected, but it appears not since my food intake on my fitbit app says 0 calories intake. I am beginning to get extremely frustrated. Is there a cs where I can speak to a person?
