After my battery died recharged it then tried to reconnect to reset clock it would not connect then asked if I wanted to reset to factory settings I hit that thinking I was just going to be able to start over but know, now I got nothing payed to much for this to just throw it out, please send me a place to get a repair (ASAP) thanks

What tracker do you have @Meled19440618 ?
Tap in the top right, then in the menu that opens, tap contact fitbit?
