MyFitness Pal Not Syncing with BRAND NEW fitbit

Hello,

 

I've had my fitbit flex for about four hours and have had absolutley no success in getting it to link with MyFitnessPal. I have tried all the solutions listed  at

I have not tried waiting 24 hours to see if it "catches" up and I am willing to do that once, but quite honestly  it shouldn't be this hard to get the two things to sync given the price I paid for this tracker. I am getting very frustrated.

Allow me to help you @Zamzo022! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. In this case I would highly recommend to contact MyFitnessPal since you've tried all those steps. They will be able to investigate what's happening.
