MyFitnessPal Food not showing in Fitbit

Hi, I just linked up MyFitnessPal to my Fitbit versa this morning. It hasn’t shown any of the food I’ve logged from MFP on my Fitbit. On MFP website it does show that’s they’re linked and it shows the steps I’ve taken (from the Fitbit). On MFP app it doesn’t show I’m connected but on website it does.

Ive revoked access from MFP and relinked 3 times now with no success.

Please help.

Fitbit provides a free and open API for 3rd party developers to use with their apps to integrate your Fitbit data with their apps. You would need to ask them as Fitbit has no control over how the API is used or whether they use it at all.

Im not sure what data suncs between the two accounts,  but only entries after the connection will sync. 

Your application settings page will tell you what the different apps request permission to do,  ans may be helpful. 

As @SunsetRunner  points out this question would be better to ask on the MFP community board.
