MyFitnessPal Showing Multiple Fitbit Entries

I have been using Fitbit in conjunction with MyFitnessPal for quite some time without any problems, the combination is great.  Today my phone (Samsung Galaxy S2 running Android 4.4.2) is showing multiple Fitbit entries that total much higher than the correct total while the MyFitnessPal and Fitbit sites both show correct totals.

I have cleared the cache, cleared the data, and reinstalled and in all cases once I log back in to the phone and it sync's back up to the site the multiple entries reappear.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like an issue with the MFP app. I would ask over there.
