@ChivetteMama from everything I've read you should only log your exercise in one platform. Since you have a Fitbit I would log your exercise in Fitbit and it will sync to MFP, and log your food in MFP which will sync with Fitbit. If you do it in both you get the result you have described unless the time codes match exactly which cannot happen since Fitbit updated their platform since they now use HH:MM:SS and MFP only lets you input exercise in HH:MM form.
