Hi everyone,

Im wondering if someone can help me. When I do a work out or track a walk on my Fitbit the calories it says I have burnt don’t always get added on to MyFitnessPal. For example yesterday my Fitbit said I had burnt 700 calories doing an aerobics class but MyFitnessPal only had the step count and a calorie adjustment of about 400.

Thanks I’m advance for any help and tips x

MyFitnessPal and Fitbit sync Steps automatically, but not other cardio like aerobics. You can get other cardio synced "semiautomatic".

On your Fitbit - go to exercise - Start Aerobics when your class begins. When your class is over - log exercise in MyFitnessPal -  It's important to enter the start time of the cardio exercise, so that the data collected by Fitbit during the workout can be correctly reconciled with the exercise calories you are logging.and when you log your cardio exercise on MyFitnessPal, this information is synced
