MyFitnessPal calories adjustment discrepancy

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

I recently purchased my versa 3 and I am having some difficulties combining it with My Fitness Pal.

My calories goal with MFP is 2054, today I consumed 1935 calories and walked around 13000 steps (which should be around 650 calories burned just walking). The calories adjustment in myfitnesspal shows 1409 calories burnt from the fitbit data. And then MFP allows me to consume 1500 extra calories.

If I were to follow this adjustment every day, not only I wouldnt lose weight but I would gain a lot. Please is there any way to correct this discrepancy?

Thanks in advance

Regards

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @dpk7.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

If you haven't done so, please revoke the access between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.

In addition, you can find information about how the integration with MyFitnessPal works in this post.

Hope this helps.
