MyFitnessPal calories not syncing

I've connected my MyFitnessPal account with my Charge HR and the calories burned shows up on the MFP account but the calories eaten that I've entered in MFP do not show on my FitBit app.

Welcome to the Community @Apkrueger2! To get your calories burned from MFP to Fitbit, I recommend unlinking and re linking your accounts.

Hope this helps.

What if it's not happening the other way? So my FitBit records calories burnt but doesn't sync it to MFP? Should I try the unlink/re-link option?

I've been having the same problem for a couple of weeks.  MFP won't allow me to disconnect my fitbit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both apps with no success.

I had this same problem.  Fitbit does not do an adequate job of telling you how to disconnect and reconnect.  For iPhone:  1) Go to the myfitnesspal app and click on More > Apps&Devices > Connected.  2) Click on Fitbit Tracker and then 'disconnect'.  This will take you to a web page where you will need to log into your myfitnesspal account.  3) Once there, look to the lower right where it shows devices connected.  You must click here to disconnect.  4) Once you disconnect, you can select fitbit tracker to once again connect.  5) You will then be prompted to input your fitbit login credentials.  6) Close the fitbit app if it is open and then reopen it.  This should then allow you to see calorie intake from myfitnesspal.

Hiya - I just managed to fix mine.  I unlinked and re-linked the accounts as per the instructions above...

Then I found a sneaky box in the settings tab on the website (not the app, though I didn't check the app for this so it could also be there!)

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Scroll down to 'calorie adjustments' and tick the box that says 'Enable Negative Adjustments' and save.

That worked for me - I hope it works for you!

Make sure you dont have two seperate accounts ( one facebook login and one email log in)

This is why mine wasn't syncing.
