MyFitnessPal calories question.

Yesterday I synch fitbit w myfitnesspal. Because I did not exceed calories mfp estimates I need a day I received 0 calorie credit to mfp by fitbit at synch. But yesterday I walked much more than today so far. Missing my alloted calories by very little. But today after burning less than half alloted fitbit transferred 61 credit calories to mfp. How is it possible to walk over 2 times as much and burn twice as many calories and get zero but get 61 so far today?

@bigdavescabin It will be my pleasure to help you! Since your adjustment is showing a “0” this is because your total calorie burn from Fitbit has not surpassed the MyFitnessPal estimation and you have not enabled Negative Fitbit Adjustments, check this. You're going to get a positive adjustment when Fitbit's report is greater than MyFitnessPal's estimate learn more about it here
