MyFitnessPal entries are being multiplied on Fitbit

Most of my food entries coming over from MFP are being doubled. And even stranger, the numbers are not exact. For instance, my breakfast was 145 today and I had one entry showing on Fitbit for 145 and another showing for 140

Sometimes mfp screws up and doesn't delete old ones as you edit things in mfp. You should have a summary for each meal you add in mfp. MFP should add the meal to Fitbit whenever you add or change the meal in mfp. It should delete the meal and replace it, but sometimes it doesn't, which is when you end up with duplicate entries. The issue should resolve itself soon and in the meantime you can just delete the duplicate entries from Fitbit.

Open your food log, tap and hold the duplicate entry, then click delete when it comes up.

Actually, for iOS it might be a swipe to delete, but you could try both and see which works.

I have the same issue, however i noticed that happens only for one meal in particular - Dinner. I have saved dinner meal and when i use it, often it is duplicated in FitBit.

Edit: Maybe the problem is with MFP "Saved meals" i will try to recrate the meal to see if this helps.
