When MyFitnessPal logs food to Facebook, it logs it as a meal summary. That means if your lunch is chicken, a biscuit, and lemonade, FitBit sees "Lunch Summary" instead of chicken, a biscuit, and lemonade.
This clearly prevents Fitbit Premium from showing you what foods are highest in calories or breaking them down in the table; MyFitnessPal will give that kind of analysis if you buy MyFitnessPal Premium, and they've found an effective way to prevent you from getting similar data from Fitbit Premium instead.
