MyFitnessPal is syncing to web app but not phone app

Hello Fitbit community! I was hoping to get some help with an issue I'm having.

 

I've successfully linked my Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts as I can see my food entries from MyFitnessPal in my Fitbit dashboard if I'm on my computer. But on the Fitbit app on my phone these entries aren't showing up. Therefore it isn't an issue with the sync. I've tried unlinking the accounts and relinking them but to no avail. 

 

Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Thanks for any help!

Hi there @C0ltrain, good to see you here in our Fitbit Community. Make sure you are using the same email address of your Fitbit account that you use on your computer, with your mobile devices.

 

Once you have linked your account with a third party application, this information is shared across different platforms without the need of use different email addresses or the email you have designated for your devices.
