MyFitnessPal keeps saying that another account has access

I have revoke the privilege's numerous times for my fitness pal and when I try to add it back it keeps saying that another account has access, how can this be?

If you´re logging from your computer or phone I would recommend cleaning browser chache. You can find the instructions here

I cleared all the cache on phone and apps and browsers and it still doesn't work.
