MyFitnessPal not linking

Hello! I've been trying to link a new MyFitnessPal account to my Fitbit account but when I try it says another account is already linked. I have cleared the permissions in my Fitbit account and tried again but I get the same message.

@Lunchgirl A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

Based in what you mentioned, it seems that you had another MyFitnessPal account linked to your Fitbit account. This could be the reason why it's showing that you already have another account, please follow the procedure mentioned below to unlink any previous MFP accounts: 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon > Settings > Applications.
  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

Also, It's recommended to unlink Fitbit from MyFitnessPal too, here are the instructions.
