MyFitnessPal not recognizing Fitbit

I just got my FitBit Charge HR. I thought I followed the steps to link the FitBit with MyFitnessPal, but something isn't right.

FitBit Dashboard recognized MFP- so I can see calories IN listed on Fitbit (and in Fitbit app)

MFP does not recognize FitBit- so I can't see calories BURNED on MFP (or app)

I'm so frustrated.  I feel like I've tried everything.  Can someone give me STEP BY STEP instructions to help fix this?  Thanks in advance!

On the MFP website, go to the Exercise screen and you should see the Fitbit calories burned adjustment. Note, this amount will only be the caloories burned through activity while the Fibit tile will include calories burned at rest. You can also go to the reports page and choose a report of Fitbit steps to confirm the data is transferring over.

I have a one and I use MFP.  It works very well.  But I did notice that I have to complete my loging to fitbit before it is picked up by MFP.

I also noticed that there is a ag between devices.  I use an android tablet, windows phone (yeah widows 10) and a windows laptop.  Sometimes they aren't all in sync.
