Fitbit Update: 5/26
Hi, MFP users!
We're aware of the syncing issues from MyFitnessPal. Your MFP data may not be syncing over to the Fitbit app at this time. MyFitnessPal is aware of the problem and you can read more on their website here: Fitbit Issues 5/26

Yep exactly the same issue, mine suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon and hasn't worked since.

This happened to me yesterday. Apparently Fitbit updated its app after I logged my breakfast in MyFitnessPal and it synced into Fitbit because I later noticed that the rest of my meals and snacks never synced into Fitbit. I also updated iOS to 13.5, but did that during the evening after the problem arose. I tried linking, unlinking to no avail. This appears to be a problem with Fitbit.

I will 🙂 just going to leave it for a few hours and see if it fixes itself, will let you know if it magically starts working again 🤣 x

Same here. I noticed after dinner that nothing had synced after breakfast. Apparently Fitbit updated app just after breakfast and the issue arose then. I updated to iOS 13.5 during the evening but the problem started well before that. This is a Fitbit issue.
At least with the Forum, I know the problem isn’t just me.

Over the last two days, MyFitnessPal data isn’t syncing into my Fitbit. I have disconnected the app, revoked access from the Fitbit end, deleted both apps and reinstalled, then reconnected them. Still, my calories in for the day is showing zero on my Fitbit dashboard. Am I missing a step or is this an app error that will be fixed soon?

Didn't work either for me. Must be a problem outside our devices.

Same problem here too. No syncing at all today. Definitely not an iOS issue as I have an android (and not working on website either).

It worked briefly. Wrong number of steps (too low) and no credits for exercise. Just did a 30 minute workout, the calories in MFP stayed the same while the tracker recorded active minutes and I synced it with the app.

That's the time my food stored logging, as well. MFP still not syncing steps for me, though. Hopefully, Fitbit or MFP has an answer! Thanks!

If your Fitbit account is not syncing with My Fitness Pal there are only a couple of things we can suggest from Fitbit's side.
Revoke access to MFP then connect them.
If this doesnt work then you will need to reach out to MFP since they are the owner of this link.
To revoke access go here.
I've also moved your none Charge 3 question to the third party board.

Same. I use an iOS device and myfitnesspal app is not syncing with myfitbit since last night. I've updated my iOS device, and uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, plus I pushed a sync on both apps and still nothing.

I'm on Android and since around midday yesterday Fitbit has not synced any food from MFP for me. I've got my breakfast, lunch and part of my snacks in there but nothing after that and nothing so far for today.
All of my steps are logged in MFP from yesterday but only partially today.
In the other thread about this one of the FB community people said that MFP owns the link between the two so the issue would need to be reported to and resolved by MFP

Same as others. Android apps not talking. Synced early this morning, but nothing since before 5am.

Same issues, only since yesterday too, I’ve uninstalled both and revoked access redid it all and the calories are still not sending to fitbit

Yep, just been through all the troubleshooting options with fitbit and they said it's all working at their end, so it's a MFP issue.
