We're aware of the syncing issues from MyFitnessPal. Your MFP data may not be syncing over to the Fitbit app at this time. MyFitnessPal is aware of the problem and you can read more on their website here: Fitbit Issues 5/26

Im having the same problem, was fine until this morning and just will not sync with MFP today no matter what I try

Same problem here but the sync issues seem to be only MFP -> Fitbit because I can see the adjusted calories and steps from today inside MFP. I already tried to re-link the accounts twice but with no success, please help 🙂

Yesterday’s lunch and afternoon snack have now appeared to have transferred from MyFitnessPal. Dinner and evening snacks still have not. This morning’s food has not transferred, yet. In addition, my exercise of some 12,000 steps this morning, accumulated in one extended walk, has only appeared as some 5,128 steps, as of this post time.

They're aware. Mine is working now, or at least I'm in the plus again. The negative balance was a bit depressing.

Hello,
I have delinked my account on the MFP website and revoked access on the Fitbit website.
I have ensured the accounts are the same.
I have logged out of the Fitbit and MFP apps and logged back in.
I have premium account for both MFP and Fitbit (not that that should matter ).
All my exercise is coming into MFP , with calorie adjustments , just fine.
It was working fine until yesterday, now no weight or calories from MFP is coming into Fitbit.

All my logged info in Myfitnesspal is not transferring to my fitbit app. I followed steps posted about revoking access, then allowing it, disconnecting and reconnecting, deleting the apps and reinstalling but it's still not working. My steps/exercise is transferring to the myfitness pal app. I checked twitter to see if it was a reported issue with fitbit and myfitnesspal but found nothing. Is anyone else having the same issue? I'm going nuts trying to fix it!

I have been trying to sync the two apps for 5 hours now and I am not progressing anywhere.
I have followed this steps multiple times now:
1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.
It says on both apps the apps are synced but the only information they're sharing is my step count but this still isn't showing as exercise in MFP. I also cannot see my food logs from MFP in fit bit
Does anyone know a solution, please?

I've been using my Alta synced with FitBit without issue since December. Late yesterday, it appears to have stopped syncing with MyFitnessPal. I discovered it this morning, and have tried all the troubleshooting to relink. (Logging out, disconnecting FitBit from MFP, removing link to MFP from FitBit, etc.) Nothing has worked. Is there another issue I'm not seeing or something that might work beyond just disconnecting and reconnecting the two?

Contact My Fitness Pal, they own their link to fitbit.
As mentioned above,all we can suggest to revoke and link up.

Thought I was going crazy. Glad I found this thread. I disconnected and reconnected the Fitbit/MFP apps multiple times. For some reason it synced once in the middle, but it isn't staying up to date (my steps have gone up but not reflected in MFP, and no "Calories In" data in Fitbit at all).
I have seen some weird 'traffic' on the MFP and Fitbit apps, where it tells me I'm seeing a cached page, or MFP frequently gives "Site is down for maintenance" type warnings. Might be part of the problem, who knows.

Hi all
I log my calories in MyFitnessPal, however they do not always transfer over to the Fitbit app. Some days they transfer fully, other days partially and some days they do not transfer at all. (See screenshot of last 7 days). I have eaten the same amount of calories on each of these days (1300-1400) and logged these correctly in MFP.
I have disconnected and reconnected the 2 apps and this still hasn’t fixed things.
I would appreciate any assistance with this. Thank you 😊
