Fitbit Update: 6/26
Hello everyone!
We're aware of the syncing issues with MyFitnessPal. Your MFP data may not be syncing over to the Fitbit app at this time or delayed. MyFitnessPal is aware of the problem and working to resolve it. You can read more on their website here: Extended Sync, Server, and Fitbit Issues.

Hi there, the macros from MFP are not going over to my fitbit app. I have deleted both apps, re-synced and also reset my fitbit but still no luck. Can you please advise if this is a technical issue at the moment?

Having the same issue on Android too. Since yesterday, nothing has synced between fitbit and myfitnesspal apps. I've tried restarting my phone, forcing syncs and even disconnecting the apps, waiting a while and then reconnecting them. All without success.

I am also having the same problem. I've done the same steps as yourself.
I've also disconnected fitbit from my fitnesspal and re connected. To no avail.
Fitbit alta user here.

When there is an issue with MyFitnessPal it is best to go to MFP for answers. They own and maintain the link, fitbit only provides the tools they need.
Appon checking MFP I notice that they have reported an issue on their end with the Fitbit sync.
There is nothing we as Fitbit users are able to do at this time

I’m having the same issue. It stopped recording steps at some point during the afternoon yesterday.

Same here. Nothing syncing since 8pm CET yesterday. On one of the occasions of disconnecting and reconnecting the myfitnesspal site threw me up a maintainence apology page. Web outage report websites are recording lots of down reports too.
Definitley something up on the MFP site whether or not they’re aware of it.

Anyone having luck on this today? MFP status page shows everything is up, but I'm not getting calories or water in, and steps are not making it to MFP.

There's a message on MFP that might be why this is happening:

I updated my iPhone 7 to Fitbit app version 3.24 yesterday and now my calorie intake is not coming in from MyFitnessPal. I tried disconnecting apps and reconnecting, but that hasn't worked. In fact, i still don't see MyFitnessPal listed within Fitbit as an integrated app, even though MyFitnessPal app says the apps are connected. Any suggestions?
Thank you...

Help!
I log all my food in MFP but this week I saw that the logs and total calorie intake were not showing on my FitBit dashboard.
I am a premium MFP member and they say the problem is on the FitBit side.
Any suggestions are appreciated,

I'm having the same issue as well. I am going to guess that it's because of the update, as I haven't been able to sync between MyFitnessPal and Fitbit for the last two days. Feels like that this happens at least once a year...very frustrating.

Same happening here since the iOS update to 13.5.1. I can't sync and my activity has not been updated for the past 2 days.

Anyone else experiencing this problem with fitbit charge 4 steps not syncing on myfitnesspal?
I have attempted to Revoke Access on the apps and reset the connection. Issue still exists.
