Hello everyone!
We're aware of the syncing issues with MyFitnessPal. Your MFP data may not be syncing over to the Fitbit app at this time or delayed. MyFitnessPal is aware of the problem and working to resolve it. You can read more on their website here: Extended Sync, Server, and Fitbit Issues.

I have the same problem since yesterday. Tried all of the logging out / disconnect and reconnect tips but nothing works.

Nah, I've had both for years. Every now and again they have some sync issues, but it's not that common. Not that I'm not frustrated right now, but it's not bad overall.

Hello,
Our team performed scheduled maintenance the evening of June 25th, on one of our databases that affects step tracking. This maintenance is to aid in fixing the issues described here and will last through the weekend and into next week. During this time, members may experience an interruption in the syncing of tracked steps from your partner app, or between our site & our apps. This will affect the tracking of steps from all of our step partners, most significantly impacting Fitbit.
We will continue to update this article as more information becomes available. Please check back for further updates.

Mine stopped syncing yesterday and even after revoking/disconnecting it is not working. I am so frustrated.

Im still having issues with syncing my fitbit charge 3 with myfitnesspal app. I tried the trouble shoot you posted and i cant find anything saying revoke. I have a galaxy s8. Any clarity on this?

Im having this issue as well tried disconnecting and it will not disconnect my fitbit from mfp app. Im getting irriatated

My Fitbit was working fine. Normally I log my food and water on MyFitnessPal and it'll sync with the Fitbit app. It has been working fine for the past few weeks but then randomly yesterday evening, it stopped syncing. I disconnected and reconnected the accounts already, nothing is working.

I'm having this issue too, when looking to contact support on the app it said they're having sync issues with fitbit and are investigating it

FB isn't syncing with hydrocoach either right now. All my water from today and yesterday has not carried over into FB yet.

@SunsetRunner there isn't any randomnous My Fitness Pall currently has a sunc problem. I've merged your non hardware question into the main thread on this subject.
@SunsetRunner as with all 3rd party apps, from fitbits end, we can revoke access and link up again.
If this doesnt work, you will need to teach out to them. In your case it is HydroCoach. They are the ones who setup and maintain the link to the Fitbit server

Hi guys, having issues syncing my fitbit app with MFP (MyFitnessPal) it's always been a bit hit and miss but this week it hasn't worked at all?! Anyone else having the same issue? MFP forums are stating it's a Fitbit issue?

I’m having the same issue. My Charge 2 synced beautifully up until june23rd but hasn’t synced for last 4 days. I’ve uninstalled it from MFP, reinstalled it, selected steps in MFP and Fitbit as the source, all to no avail. Does anyone know if there may have been a recent update which has caused the issue? I’ve looked but can’t find any info. All suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance.

I cannot get my weight recorded from the Aria 2 scale to transfer from FitBit to My Fitness Pal. I have tried revoking access and reconnecting and it doesn’t work. Other data transfer between the two just fine.
