Hello everyone!
We're aware of the syncing issues with MyFitnessPal. Your MFP data may not be syncing over to the Fitbit app at this time or delayed. MyFitnessPal is aware of the problem and working to resolve it. You can read more on their website here: Extended Sync, Server, and Fitbit Issues.

The problem is not so much trying to sync, MFP said the main issue was people removing the third party app and rethinking. If a user tries this ten times, after the issue gets fixed, MFP has to process these ten requests.

Update 7/26/2020: This issue is now resolved, please check this post for an update from MyFitnessPal. Thanks for your reports and patience.

Any updates that you can post briefly here? I’m not techie and my doc is demanding this info so I want to get it right, I use iPhone with MyFitnessPal, the MyFitnessPal free version is what my Bariatric doc needs and it just doesn’t want to sync my swims, sleep, water intake, etc. Please someone help
