MyFitnessPal is aware of an issue with its Fitbit integration. You can read more here.

Until this issue is resolved, you can expect these two platforms to not sync with one another. We will update this thread when they resolve this issue.

Same.   My fitbit has not reported steps to MFP in 2 days either....

MyFitnessPal is not syncing my steps with Fitbit. I have a Charge 2 which was recently automatically updated with firmware version 22.22.53.4.

I have found that if I disconnect my Charge 2 from my MFP account, revoke MFP access via my Fitbit account, wait 15 minutes, and then reconnect my tracker and renew fitbit access to MFP, then I can get my steps to show up in my diary. However, they won't accumulate. Each time I want to see my current step calculation in my MFP diary, I have to go back through the whole manual linking/relinking process to get the steps to populate in my MFP account. This is a pain! MFP is saying that the issue is with Fitbit's firmware. Please fix.

My steps from fitbit charge 2 are also not syncing with MFP. This started on April 16, 2017 for me and a number of days after updating to the new firmware. I would like answers too....

Same here updated to the new firmware and haven't had a step sync from my fitbit since Saturday 15th April though everything else seems to be syncing and info added into MFP is syncing back to Fitbit..I have tried to force sync, disconnect etc and not luck. Nice to see its to just me.

Glad I'm not alone.  This happened when I first syced my Charge 2 with MPG then it corrected itself after a few days.  Hopefully that will happen again because this is annoying!

Yea it stinks..basically the reason I got the Fitbit was so I wouldn't have to carry my phone on me all the time and still get credit for the steps..hopefully it can get resolved soon

Yes, mine went south after iphone and ipad software upgrade. I’ve tried all the disconnect and reconnecting suggestions but no joy yet.

Fitbit and MFP are not syncing steps.  Everything is coming through (calories, exercise entries in MFP)....but the steps are not coming into MFP.  I even revoked the connection and reattached and still nothing changed with the steps.  In MFP...I see it say updating on the home screen and then it comes back still as 0 steps.  I'm not sure which end the problem is occurring on...MFP or Fitbit so mentioning in both help forums so hopefully someone can figure out what's happening.  For me, this started yesterday (4/16) and continues today.

I have the same problem since yesterday and I have to delete the fitbit from my apps on the myfitnesspal  website and then to add it again. It does not help much though, because next time I want to sync the data, it would work again. Very annoying!

I had the same problem yesterday. I could only  resolved this issue by deleting  myfitness pal App  and  reinstalling it again. Works good now.

I reported this to MFP yesterday, and have received several emails telling me they are aware and working on the problem on their end.  They also suggested that we notify Fitbit and make sure it's not anything on that end as well.

Fitbit has an update too, but my problem started before I applied the update.
