Hi
I am new to the Fitbit world (close to three weeks now) and love using the UP. I have a question about tracking food/calories. I have been using the Fitbit app on my Android phone and it seems like a lot of food is missing or not in the database. Is MyFitnessPal a better app to use for food tracking? I know it integrates with the Fitbit so I will not have to enter information twice.

Yes. If possible use my fitness pal. It has a much bigger database with much more information about the food prouduct.

@rangel28 As @nathan_cow said, MyFitnessPal has a bigger food database. Find instructions about how to set up your Fitbit with your MFP here.
If you're using your Android, you can also send feedback to us requesting food entries. Go to your app Dashboard, look for the Calories tile, try to log food normally or use the barcode scan. If the scan cannot find the food, it will give you some options to suggest/send feedback.
