As of 12/27/2016, my Charge HR and MyFitnessPal are not sharing data. I'm looking for help in this matter. I don't see my food diary entries in the Fitbit mobile app and no exercise calories posting to MyFitnessPal.

I'm having the same problem. I just got a new iphone 7 and My fitness pal will not sync at all. I've been able to sync on the old iPhone 5s and my iPad for two years but since the new phone was set up the iPad will no longer sync.

I've had my iPhone 7 Plus for a month and a half with no problem, this just started on 12/27. Looking for a solution!

I'm following as well.
When I log into MFP, Fitbit is not listed as connected, however, when I attempt to connect MFP gives a message saying a different Fitbit account is linked to MFP which cannot be. I cannot see anywhere in Fitbit that it show apps that may be connected. I do receive weight updates from my Fitbit aria. MFP also receives weight updates via Fitbit. What I don't see is food calories consumed and logged into MFP coming over to Fitbit and I don't get exercise calories from Fitbit coming over to MFP. I am unable to flag Fitbit as the source in MFP for step counting as it is not on the list.

Mine even shows as connected!!!! Other than that, the situation is the same. Calories consumed not showing on Fitbit, exercise not showing in MyFitnessPal...

Same here. It worked fine for years, but I just tried again after two months off and there's nothing. It shows 0 Fitbit steps on my diary page for both the OS app and on myfitnesspal's webpage.

I have figured how to revoke access from the fit bit app. But when I try to connect the result is the same. Same message stating another account is already linked but no actually connection.

Same problem here with the Fitbit One. Mine has been working/syncing for 4 years without issue, but now hasn't synced since 12/21. I tried contacting MFP but have yet to get a response. I'm starting to look for new calorie trackers that will sync with Fitbit!

I'm having the same problem with my Flex.
This is the 1st time in 3 yrs I've had this issue. I've tried all the same steps to fix it, with no luck.I hope they find the fix soon.

Same here! Thank you for posting guys, I though I was doing something wrong. I thing this is VERY IMPORTANT to us all and it should be solved. I do not want to enter my food intakes twice: Fitbit should import this from myFitnessPal. And the latter import the activity from fitbit, not just the estimation of calories spenditure, but my footsteps and the rest of exercices

Same here. For me food log is going from MFP to Fitbit, but the steps are not going from Fitbit to MFP.

I finally got mine to work yesterday! I'm not sure which, if any, of the below helped in the matter, but here's what I did:
Removed both apps from my secondary device (iPad)
Logged in and back out of both sites on my computer
In MFP, under "more", clicked on "steps" and changed it from Fitbit Tracker to iPhone (also selected "don't track steps" at one point).
I disconnected Fitbit under More/Apps & Devices (disconnecting one will disconnect both the scale, which I don't have, and the tracker)
Once i saw that it was accepting steps from my phone, I reconnected Fitbit and switched Steps back to Fitbit Tracker and it worked!
Good luck to you
