MyFitnessPal won't show steps from Fitbit

For the longest time my account is were synced between Fitbit and my fitness pal. My step from fitbit would show up on my fitness pal and then one day it just stopped. I've tried resyncing both. It says they are synced including the steps, but the steps wont show up. Eight now on Fitbit it say I have 8,000 steps and myfitnesspal says 0 steps.

I am sorry to hear that your Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts aren't syncing. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. Please confirm if these are the steps you tried to re-link the two accounts:

1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture. 
2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.

After relinking, you can verify that your accounts are syncing by using one of the following data points:

1. On Fitbit you can check for your meal summary and logged activities from MyFitnessPal.
2. On MyFitnessPal, go to "My Home," then "Check-In." You should see your weight, Fitbit Steps, and Fitbit Sleep Minutes.
