My charge Fitbit is not syncing with MyFitnessPal at all. Ever!

Hello @therapistlynne I've moved your post out of an unrelated, solved and dead thread.
From fitbits side, our only choice is to revoke access and reconnect.
To revoke access
If this fails, you will have to reach out to My Fitness Pal, since they, not Fitbit, managed this sync up.

I already did this 4 times. Product is defective. Getting a replacement hopefully soon. Ty!
