Welcome to the Community @ntownsen. Thanks for the details mentioned.

You don't need Fitbit Premium to connect your account with MyNetDiary. This app is actually in the list of our partnerships, you can link them by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

@Legacy1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

Since your accounts have been linked but you're still experiencing syncing issues please revoke access to the MyNetDiary account on Fitbit and check if your data starts transferring between the two.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
