hi i have an alta hr and trying to link MFP to it however it comes up another accounts is already liked, ive went and revoked the app in my fitness pal and tried to re do and it still isnt working help!!

Hello @Nadinegb, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I've seen a few cases about the same issue at the moment to connect MFP. 

 

Please give it a try to the following post for additional help. Try to revoke the access directly from MFP beside your Fitbit account and wait for 15 minutes to start again the process.
