Myfitness pal not syncing

I have tried to disconnect and re-connect but the Fitbit one and myfitness pal are not syncing together. Could you help please.

@Roseyy Welcome to the Community! Thanks for the troubleshoot you've done. MyFitnessPal was having some issues with syncing data. You may want to check the latest update posted here. Check this great post to see if your apps are properly connected posted by @AndrewFitbit

If after doing this, you're still not getting the information synced; please contact MFP directly so they can further investigate it.
