Myfitnesspal and Fitbit is not syncing calorie information since Tuesday February 27th

SInce February 27th,  Fitbit is not bringing in my calorie information over from Myfitnesspal.  The only minor change i might mention is i believe on that day I added an Aria 2 scale to my account, but i doubt that should have any effect right? Prior to this date i had no issues bringing calorie information over.

 

I heard there was some outage, but i also believe i had found that issue had been fixed.... is there still a backlog on old information for some people? Know another fitbit user not having this issue between FB and MFP. Using a Galaxy Edge 7, and a Fitbit Charge HR 2   

 

Myfitnesspal does seem to be bringing over the Fitbit calorie adjustment just fine.

 

Have tried revoking access, and uninstalling/reinstalling apps with no success. 

 

on a further note i have NEVER been able to get the water information from myfitnesspal to sync to fitbit, but i just gave up on on that

Hi, @adeadmanshand! The only way I have found that actually seems to disconnect and reconnect the two is to do it through the Fitbit side on the web dashboard. Did you try disconnecting it that way or only through the apps?
