I have unpaired the apps, I have removed the devices, i have deleted the apps and reinstalled them, still can't get them to sync, they stopped syncing a couple of days ago, any ideas?

Welcome to the forums @apd60! May I ask, what is the information that you're syncing through MyFitnessPal? Have you integrated the apps through these steps? When was the last time your accounts synced and did you make any changes to your account at that time?
