Myfitnesspal has not received my Fitbit steps for months

Hi,
I can't get the data to transfer from Fitbit to MFP. MFP calories eaten transfer over immediately to Fitbit, but my step/calories burned from steps don't show up at all in my MFP. I've tried unlinking/ reclining the accounts multiple times over the past several months. Any suggestions?

@Chemjenny A warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. 

Fitbit will transfer steps and calories to MFP. MFP and Fitbit should sync instantaneously. Please confirm if you're seeing the steps in the check- in section.

Hi Silvia,
I do see the steps on the check in section. What I used to see is a cardio entry for the steps in my fitness pal, which I don't see anymore. Is there anyway to get that back in the exercise section? Without it, the calorie burned in my fitness pal is wrong.

@Chemjenny Please contact MyFitnessPal regarding the cardio entry that you were seeing and if there's a way to get it back.
