Myfitnesspal incorrect calories consumed

I've lost 10lbs since the beginning of Jan by logging calories via mfp and monitoring intake. As of yesterday I can't get the apps to sync accurately. Today Fitbit is saying I've consumed 62 calories even though I haven't input any foods yet. Yesterday it was incorrect by over 400 calories. It's really frustrating. I tried deleting all foods and then re adding them. I unlinked the accounts and then relinked then and still have the problem.

It's been working so well for me I don't want to stop using this method of tracking. Help please!

Welcome to the forums @Bryzles! There seems to be some miscomunication between your MFP account and your Fitbit App for iOS. In this case I recommend logging out of the App and force quitting it. After doing this, please restart your mobile device. Once you log back in, your information should be updated.

Also, let's make sure your Fitbit App for iOS is updated, as well as the MFP app for iOS.

If the problem persists, it's best to create a new food plan through MFP and deactivate your Food Plan through Fitbit, here's how to do it.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions Cat Very Happy
