Myfitnesspal is syncing a 3-5 min workout. Why?

I have a blaze and have the fitbit android app plus myfitnesspal. Everyday at 2300 hrs MFP syncs a short walking workout to my workouts in the fitbit app. Only for a 3-5 Min duration. I have never logged any workouts via MFP as I want this done through fitbit. What is this for? It seems to me as though something in the API has been utilised to sync an end of day marker or something to indicate that days last sync of data and this is being recorded as activity. It's really annoying as I have to manually delete them everyday. If I don't workout in a day it also messes with the weekly workout target as this is logged as though I bad worked out.

I don't know what is happening.

If the workout was 10-15 minutes id say your tracker was auto detecting it.

See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/Third-Party-Apps-Informational-Post/m-p/144... for what should sync.

The workout is marked with (myfitnesspal) at the end of it so I think it is coming from there. It's not tracked by fitbit but synced from MFP. Although I don't record anything workout related in MFP.
