Myfitnesspal showing inaccurately high calories burned

Hello! 

My Versa 3/Fitbit and Myfitnesspal accounts are linked, but Myfitnesspal has been showing extra calories burned that are completely unrealistic (I woke up this morning with 461 extra calories burned from exercise I didn't do). I've restarted my fitbit and disconnected and reconnected the my Fitbit and Myfitnesspal accounts. 

Any advice is welcome, especially as I start the New Year and get back to my daily tracking 🙂
