Myfitnesspal sync issue? Extra meals in calories in

I use the myfitnesspal app to track calories, and normally it syncs fine with my Fitbit. Lately there have been days where in my Fitbit app the calories in is way higher than what I logged because extra meals are showing up and I have no clue where they are coming from. For example today all my meals I logged in myfitnesspal showed up in the Fitbit app, but for some reason there was an extra dinner of 640 calories on the list, but my dinner today was 1020 cal. Where did the 640 cal come from?

This happens from time to time. It's an issue on the mfp end where instead of deleting and replacing a meal when you tweak something about it or add an additional food, it just adds the updated meal. You can delete the duplicate or wrong one from Fitbit. It usually clears up pretty quickly.
