I have one Fitbit Account attached to an old email that I lost access to in May because I changed internet providers. When I contacted Fitbit, I could not remember my old password, and they told me I had to start a new one, which I did so now I have 2 Fitbit accounts.
I have a Jiff App that my Fitbit uploads to daily and gives me points towards HIA dollars to use for healthcare copays. I contacted Jiff to let them know that I had lost the old email account and that I have a new Fitbit account. My new Fitbit account will not upload to the Jiff App because the old account is still uploading to it. Jiff support is asking if the 2 Fitbit accounts can be merged to my new email address, so that I will not lose any activity points. I appreciate your help.

Hello @r2sherri, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. To give you an straight answer, unfortunately is not possible to merge you two Fitbit accounts in one, since each profile is created individually and registered under different email addresses.
My recommendation in this scenario, is to attempt to revoke the access of your old Fitbit account directly from your Jiff App, if is possible though. This will disconnect the integration for you to connect the new Fitbit account to your Jiff app so the new account upload your data and you don't loose your points.
For more help, please stay in contact with the Support of Jiff for more details to connect your new Fitbit account.
For any additional help keep me posted, I'll be around!
