Could somebody help please. I couldn't remember my fitness pal id after logging out. I have set up a new account but I can't get it to sync with my fitbit.

Can somebody help please. I recently forgotten my login details on myfitnesspal so I have registered a new account but I cannot get my new account to sync with my fitbit. Thank you if you can help
