Make sure that you are using the same email address for both accounts.

@Dosey I hope you're doing well! Were you able to link both accounts? If you are using an old Fitbit account and a new MFP account, probably the emails you are using do not match. You will need to change the email on your Fitbit account for it to be the same as the one in MFP. You can do this on your personal information settings.
