Not sure why the calories you can have is so high, when I want to lose 1 lb a week.  MFP says I should only eat 1350 calories a day and Fit Bit says I can eat way more based on how many I burn I guess.  Help I do not understand.

@sbrumleve A warm welcome to the Community! Fitbit will show you how many calories you can eat based on how active you're during the day so this will work like this: The calorie deficit will be deducted from the amount of calories burned and that will be the amount of calories that you can eat. While MFP will give you just a number of calories that you can eat no matter if you're more active today than yesterday. You can set your own calorie target if you would like to eat the same in Fitbit than MyFitnessPal Go to your Dashboard > click on the gear icon of Food Plan tile > click on the pen of the tile > you'll see "Set your own calorie Target"
