Hi all,
I have a few questions for those that use MyFitnessPal.
1. Do you just enter your foods into MFP or do you do both food and exercise?
2. If you enter exercise also does this transfer into categories (walking, elliptical, etc.)?
I’m sure I’ll have more as I go along on my journey.

It's great to have you here @sadievan! I'm happy to hear that you are interested in using MFP to track your daily progress as well. To answer your questions, you can register your food and activities on MFP and your activities will be synced to Fitbit in categories.
