I have tried to sync my fitbit with Weight Watchers for 3 months and i get nothing. I have called WW over 20 times and i get the same answer everytime.. Its a known issue and they are looking at it.. Everytime i hit the sync button on WW site, It give me a error code 500, saying invalid member id.. What a waste of time. I call fitbit support and they said they can't help me either.. what a waste of time too.. My Dad has the say fitbit and same phone and his works great... Not a happy customer.
