Talk about passing the buck...what kind of advice is that, that you gave.  Seriously?  Go ask the other person?  I have seen info on Fitbit that tells how to connect the two (Fitbit and MapmyRun), so you just gave the lazy answer!

No I'm not passing the buck or being lazy. I'm simply telling the best place to get the best answer. MapMyRun not Fitbit, handles this connection. MMR has instructions on their page, and you say that their instructions do not work.

Would it not be better to ask them why you are not able to go through the steps they give?

Here is the instructions from fitbit, taken from MMR

It is Fitbit’s problem. Fitbit lists in app, in the compatible apps: MapMyRun. But I just received a reply to my contact with them asking how to connect MapMyRun with Fitbit and the say that the two cannot be paired. So Fitbit needs to take that off their app in compatible apps that work with Fitbit.

I see this on the mapmyfitness page. That is why I suggested to ask map my fitness. Also they, not fitbit is the controlling factor here.

It seems Mapmyfitness may also have an issue
