@Cchottel Welcome to the Community! I would like you to unlink and relink both accounts by going to Dashboard > settings > applications > revoke access "under MyFitnessPal". If after performing this, your activities are still not syncing to MyFitnessPal then please contact them directly.

Don't think this is a MyFitnessPal issue. None of my other third party services are able to pull data from fitbit, but they are pulling from eachother just fine.
