Noom Food Log updates from Fitbit periodically

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello community:

I've allowed Noom to read my Fitbit data, and I have allowed Fitbit to read my MyFitnessPal data. My Fitbit updates its Food Log immediately when I enter something into MyFitnessPal. However, Noom seems to only update its Food Log from Fitbit data periodically (and I'm not sure if even completely).

This may be more of a question for a Noom Community Forum board, but does anyone in this community know how periodically it pulls/updates data from the Fitbit food log?

Follow-up question: Does anyone know how to force a food log update into Noom or how to make it run in real-time?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sajoco11.

Thank you for the information provided.

According to the Noom page "There can be a time delay in data transferring from a third party app to Noom. This process can take up to an hour due to potential delays from the fitness tracker’s cloud servers". You can find some troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues here.

Hope this helps.
