Not Synching properly with myfitnesspal

Until the new dashboard was forced upon me this all worked fine. Now the new dashboard on my iPhone 6 only records the current days calorie intake and replicates it across all the previous day's too from MFP. Sleep and hours of activity either show the same info or nothing at all. I've logged in and out of my Fitbit account both on website and my mobile. Switched off Bluetooth too. All the food data is in MFP by the way. Any other suggestions?

@Vhopes welcome to the forums! Actually, the tiles below the daily stats tile show your most recent information, even if you're looking at your stats for another day. To view your stats for a previous day, tap the individual tiles to see your history. Hope this helps! Catch you later. Cat Happy

Hi Mariam
I can see the MFP information underneath the tile but the Fitbit dashboard tiles show a zero reading or sometimes just today's information. Then this same information is then replicated across every day. This only happened when the new dashboard was forced on us. My iPad old style dashboard works just fine!
Please advise a solution.

Virginia

@Vhopes Thanks for getting back to me! I'm a little confused by what you are describing. I'd like to see what you're seeing, could post me with some screenshots to have a better picture of the situation. However, I'd like to reiterate that in order to view your stats for a previous day, tap the individual tiles to see your history.

If I'm still a little confused, could you please clarify it for me? Thanks a lot for your understanding and patience! I'll be looking forward to your new comments. Cat Very Happy

Here are screen shots to show what is happening. I sent this to a colleague previously.

The data is correct on the underlying page but the tile always displays the current day's data REGARDLESS WHICH DAY IS SELECTED.

Thanks
Virginia
