Not syncing with Strava

Up until this weekend, all relavant exercise data was syncing seamlessly between my Fitbit Charge 3 and Strava.  However, my ride on Saturday still hasn't ported accross to Strava, despite trying everthing to make it work!  Please help!

Thanks for this, carried it out and hope my next ride works! However, still missing last weeks ride which is frustrating!
