My Fitbit Alta has stopped syncing with MyFitnessPal. It isn't picking up steps properly. It's suggesting I'm doing much less than I know I'm doing as I've even watched it as I walk and it doesn't add steps on. No active minutes have been picked up either. I'm in the gym at least two to three times a week and yet nothing has shown for weeks now. Very frustrating.

Hello @LozAlta, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I'm wondering if your information is not being recording on MFP or is in general that is not being properly recognizing your exercise, including your Fitbit Dashboard? Also let me know what type of exercise you are doing, there are certain activities that are not recognized as it happen with a regular walk. The best in this situation is to manually log your exercises.

Trackers with a heart rate monitor detect active minutes most accurately, since heart rate data allows us to better estimate caloric burn and, in turn, exercise intensity.

If the issue is limited to your MFP account try to revoke the access and reconnect your accounts to refresh the integration. For more details review the following post.

Hope this helps and let me know the additional details in case you need more help.
